Nissan’s Rogue compact SUV is experiencing the much-needed redesign of the 2021 model year and offers attractive style, state-of-the-art technology, improved performance, and ride and efficient handling. Historically, Rogue has sold well compared to the leaders of the likes of Honda CR-V, Mazda CX-5, and Volkswagen Tiguan, but it has not been so good; it is unfortunate at our levels. With this redesign, the 2021 Nissan Rogue SV unveils a charm to erase its sensitivity history – something we think is very successful.
Covering the entire Sayre, PA, including Endicott, NY, Elmira, NY, Corning, NY, and Binghamton, NY, Ferrario Nissan has an impressive new vehicle inventory to fit your needs. So visit us today for your following line of driving adventure!
Rogue’s new interior borrows identification styles from both the Altima family sedan and the newly redesigned Sentra compact sedan. Contemplating cubbies, a dual-level dashboard, and a knob-off shift knob is beautiful design elements that enhance usability and give the interior a modern splendor.
Fabric upholstery is a standard feature, but a medium and wide SV model can be obtained with optional faux-leather upholstery; upscale SL and Platinum Rogues get natural leather, the latter being aniline-sized quilted leather. Automatic three-seater climate controls, heated front seats, and heated steering wheel will all be available. The passenger space inside is almost the same as the exit model, but the cargo space behind the rear seat has decreased a bit from 39 cubic feet to 37 cubic feet.
Like the Rogue of the previous generation, the 2021 model is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine but receives less power at 181-hp. Continuous automatic transmission (CVT) and front-wheel drive will be standard; all-wheel drive is optional. We have criticized the last generation Rogue for its swiftness through mishandling and complicated handling; the 2021 model has improved in both phases. We recorded a fast but uninspired speed in our test track, a rate of 8.2 seconds to 60 mph, and we saw a very confident handling and quiet interior as we sailed. Nissan has also said it will introduce a 1.5-liter turbo cylinder engine as an option, but we are unsure when the new engine will be available.
